I could not believe the speed of the sale. Listed house on Friday, received two offers on Saturday, entered into contract on Sunday, closed thirty days later! Wow! Eric was on top of all aspects of the latest market. He used the latest technology to improve the sale, drone for photos, electronic  forms to sign etc. Eric kept me up-to-date on every step that was progressing. he made the process a no stress event. I would highly recommend Eric for anyone who is selling or buying. I already have him on my list when I buy my retirement condo.
